This Caribbean band comprised of an eight-member unit which launched from Baltimore, MD in 2007. Member’s of the band hails from various parts of the Caribbean such as: Trinidad & Tobago, Dominica, and St. Thomas, VI.

The band primarily targets carnival and festival type engagements in order to actively upkeep and promote great Caribbean music. Our vision is to properly represent Caribbean music on behalf of West Indian communities as well as other cultural and ethnic groups globally.

Currently, DK 21 performs in different venues in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area, as well as out of state. The musical chemistry between core members reverts from 10+ years to present. The unique style of our unit incorporates musical technology with live professional musicianship in order to present an energetic and memorable performance for music lovers of all ages.
